Using the core habits system, I help leaders and teams transform their leadership impact, and build incredible workplace cultures.
So much of what we are taught about leadership is surface level: communication style, charisma, messaging, or coaching techniques. These things count for little if the underlying habits that drive our behaviours are overlooked. Without clarity on our core habits, we are leading from the surface.
To have impact as leaders, we need to address the core habits that hold us back, but that are also the key to unlocking our best work.
